When you rent from Deborah’s Party Rentals then you can rest assured you are getting top notch event staff. Our well trained, hard working staff always do their best to ensure that your party or event goes as well as possible. This includes everyone from reservation staff to workers in the field that are setting up your event. Throughout our site you will see references to labor that is included with your rental. 

Event Staff Included?

Rides are a good example of a rental item that includes an operator. For example, the Orbit Ride states that it “includes operator for 4 hours”.  Conversely, the Carousel Ride clearly states “No Operator Provided”. In the case of the Carousel Ride, if you wanted to have an operator on site, then you’d need to pay additional fees to cover our event staff.

Safety is a Primary Concern

When Event Staff are included in the price of the rental then safety is usually an issue. Safety of our equipment and your guests is of the utmost importance. If we have concerns, then you’ll typically find that we supply staff as operators. However, there are many other crucial roles that our event staff play. From delivery of our rental items, to set up and tear down, our friendly courteous and diligent staff are there to make sure your event comes off without a hitch. 

In cases where individual rental items don’t address the issue of event staff or operators, then talk to our reservation staff to answer your questions. Some of our customers request staff in addition to those we routinely provide. For these, an additional labor fee is incurred.
